Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition and original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned together.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • Proof of purchase, receipt, or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Important Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. GASOMA is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Returns sent without prior communication or authorization may experience delays in processing.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • All products from the Pillow Collection
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Any item returned after the 7-day return window

In-Store Purchases Policy

All purchases made directly through our physical store, pop-up locations, exhibitions, or in-person sales are considered final sale.

Please Note:

  • No returns will be accepted for in-store purchases
  • No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases
  • No exchanges are allowed for in-store purchases

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect products before completing any in-store purchase.

This policy applies regardless of payment method, product category, or purchase amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.

If your return is rejected because it does not meet our return requirements, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery, if eligible.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse

GASOMA reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Abuse of the return policy
  • Excessive return activity
  • Returned items that do not match the original order
